My next destination is Reykjavík, Iceland for the Polyglot Conference! Am super excited for this one since there are a lot of activities planned around it, and I'll get to meet teams from other language apps, as well as friends from the international polyglot community and Polyglot Gathering back in May/June in Bratislava! 

I've been working on my Icelandic as much as I can since July. This is pretty special for me since I've been wanting to really get a foundation in it since I was a teenager. With some other languages under my belt to now put it into more perspective, I can definitely say that it's a little less intimidating now than it seemed back in high school. It's far more accessible to learn now, too.

Ég fer til Reykjavíkur 25. október í viku um forritun og menningarviðburði og möguleika á að nota íslenska sem ég hef unnið að. Ég er ekki viss um hversu hugrökk ég er að tala, en einfaldlega að vera sökkt í því verður nóg fyrir mig. Ég hef beðið 20 ár til að fara aftur til Íslands.
